• For standard shipping in Holland, our rate is 4€ ( Mondial Relay ) and 9€ ( DPD Home ), and free shipping over 50€.
• For standard shipping in France, our rate is 6€ ( Mondial Relay ) and 12€ ( DPD Home ), and free shipping over 50€.
• For standard shipping in Germany, our rate is 9€ ( DPD Home ), and free shipping over 50€.
• For standard shipping in Luxembourg, our rate is 4€ ( Mondial Relay ) and 10€ ( DPD Home ), and free shipping over 50€.
• For standard shipping in Spain, our rate is 9€ ( Mondial Relay ) and 22€ ( DPD Home ), and free shipping over 100€.
• For standard shipping in Italy and Portugal, our rate is 19€ ( DPD Home ), and free shipping over 100€.
• For standard shipping in Poland, our rate is 20€ ( DPD Home ) and 11€ ( DPD Pick up Point ), and free shipping over 100€.

We also ship in non-EU country such as La Réunion and Switzerland.

• For standard shipping in La Réunion our rate is 48€ ( UPS Worldwide ).
• For standard shipping in Switzerland our rate is 49€ ( DPD Home ).

Please note (for orders outside EU) that the recipient is responsible for all local customs and import duties.

Return policy

For any exchange or return please contact us first on the following link ( don't forget to include your order number ) : www.five-pocket.com/pages/contact

The customer have 14 days from receipt of the order to return the item. All return costs will be taken cared of by the customer, handling the expenses and practical details. Under no circumstances shall Five Pocket be held responsible for organizing the returned order shipment.

Products have to be kept in a good condition and be put back in their original packaging, over which must be added another packaging fully wrapping the product; they must not bear any new trace of using. It is only after checking that those conditions are satisfied that Five Pocket will proceed to the refund. Otherwise, the customer will stay the owner of the product.
