Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
We currently ship within Europe only, from our warehouse in Belgium. Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping) is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
Below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the carrier you select.
Because all orders ship from within the European Union, no customs fees or import duties apply for European customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carrier issues. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need any assistance from our side, feel free to contact us.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

You will need your order number to start the process. Don't forget to include the "#" before the order number when entering it in the portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer handles the practical details and the cost of returning the item. Five Pocket cannot be held responsible for organising the return shipment.

Once we receive your return, we inspect the item to make sure it meets the above conditions. If everything is in order, the refund is processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, the refund cannot be processed and the customer remains the owner of the product. We will contact you to arrange the next steps.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
