We currently offer shipping within Europe only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders over 85€ (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg) and 105€ (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

The customer have 14 days from receipt of the order to return the item. All return costs will be taken cared of by the customer, handling the expenses and practical details. Under no circumstances shall Five Pocket be held responsible for organizing the returned order shipment.
Products have to be kept in a good condition and be put back in their original packaging, over which must be added another packaging fully wrapping the product; they must not bear any new trace of using. It is only after checking that those conditions are satisfied that Five Pocket will proceed to the refund. Otherwise, the customer will stay the owner of the product.
